Toplumda en s\u0131k \u00fcst solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sadece bo\u011faz a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011funda semptomlar ilerlemeden tedbir al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Di\u011fer hastal\u0131klarda oldu\u011fu gibi enfeksiyonlar i\u00e7in de al\u0131nabilecek tedbirler aras\u0131nda ama\u00e7; ya\u015fam boyu t\u00fcm bireylerin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131, iyile\u015ftirilmesi ve geli\u015ftirilmesi, ya\u015fam kalitesinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam bi\u00e7iminin benimsenmesini sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Enfeksiyon Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve Beslenme \u00d6nerileri<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>1-<\/strong>Be\u015f besin grubunun i\u00e7erdi\u011fi besin \u00f6gelerinden yeterli ve dengeli miktarda al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">G<em>\u00fcnde mevsimine uygun en az 5 porsiyon meyve ve sebze t\u00fcketilmesi \u00f6nerilmektedir. Bu t\u00fcketimin 2 porsiyon meyve ve 3 porsiyon sebze olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/em><\/mark><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>2.&nbsp;<\/strong>Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirici \u00f6zelli\u011fi olan <em>A ve C vitamini<\/em> gibi antioksidan vitaminlerden zengin, <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">havu\u00e7, brokoli, kabak, lahana, karnabahar, maydanoz gibi sebzelerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda bolca bulunan portakal, mandalina, elma gibi meyvelerin t\u00fcketimi \u00f6nemlidir<strong>.<\/strong><\/mark><\/em><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>3. <\/strong>E vitamini de bag\u0306\u0131s\u0327\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin gu\u0308c\u0327lendirilmesinde etkilidir. Sog\u0306uk alg\u0131nl\u0131g\u0306\u0131 ve dig\u0306er enfeksiyonlara kars\u0327\u0131 vu\u0308cut direncini artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. <em>E vitaminin iyi kaynaklar\u0131 yes\u0327il yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler, kuru baklagiller ve f\u0131nd\u0131k, ceviz gibi yag\u0306l\u0131 tohumlard\u0131r. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Gu\u0308nlu\u0308k olarak mevsimine uygun 2-3 porsiyon sebze, 15-20 adet f\u0131nd\u0131k (30 gr) veya 4-6 adet ceviz (30gr) ve haftada 2-3 defa kurubaklagil (mercimek, kuru fasulye, nohut) tu\u0308ketilmelidir.<\/mark><\/em><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>4.<\/strong> Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminde<em> D vitamini <\/em>de \u00f6nemli rol oynamaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle k\u0131\u015f mevsimde havan\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015fli oldu\u011fu zamanlarda m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca g\u00fcne\u015ften faydalan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bal\u0131k D vitamini, beyin fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7oklu doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011f asitleri (omega 3), kalsiyum, fosfor, selenyum, iyot mineralleri ve E vitamini i\u00e7erir.
